Ordering

How to Modify/Cancel Your Order

You can cancel or make updates to your order before the status of the order is changed to “being fulfilled”. Once the order is being fulfilled, no changes can be made. If you attempt to cancel the order after it has already been printed, we are unable to cancel the order.

Can I place an order from outside the USA?

No, at this time we only cater to the USA market.

What forms of payment do you accept online?

American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Pay Pal.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Unfortunately, at this time, we don’t offer gift packaging.

Shipping

How long will it take my package to arrive?

We offer basic and expedited shipping options. See below for delivery estimates:

TO BASIC EXPEDITED
USA 3-5 business days via USPS 1-3 business days via FedEx

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@ittybitybranch.com noting your order number and confirming your address. We’ll see what can be done.

IMPORTANT NOTES:Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays.) All expedited orders require a street address (no PO Boxes).

Where can I find fabric and materials information?

Fabric and materials information can be found with the product descriptions on the individual product pages. If you need more detailed information on a specific item, please contact us.

I’m looking for an Itty Bitty Branch product that I don’t see on your website. Is there any way I can order it?

If don’t see the product you’re looking on our website, it is still unavailable. However, we’re always taking ideas in, you can always send us suggestions for products that you’d like to see up on our store… just send us a message at info@ittybittybranch.com.

The item I want to purchase is out of stock. Can I order it and have it shipped when it’s available again?

If the words “out of stock” appear for any specific product, the item is currently unavailable, and while we wish we had more to offer, there is no guarantee that product will be restocked. Please contact us at info@ittybittybranch.com for more details on a given product.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part we are more than happy to replace your item if the sale date was within the last 30 days.

Our Responsibility:

  • Faulty Product – If the product has a hole, stains, or manufacturing defect
  • Placement Issue – If a print is clearly crooked or off-center
  • Wrong Item Sent – If we send you the wrong garment, image, color or size ​

Your Responsibility:

  • Ordered Wrong Item – Customer ordered wrong size (or it did not fit to their satisfaction), print, color or garment Incorrectly
  • Provided Address – If you made an error in the address. Packages returned to us can be shipped again at the cost of the re-shipment

What is your order change/cancellation policy?

You can cancel or make updates to your order before the status of the order is changed to “being fulfilled”. Once the order is being fulfilled, no changes can be made. If you attempt to cancel or change the order after it has already been processed and/or shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

How do I make a return or an exchange?

Please follow these instructions for an exchange/return:

  1. Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is print size, please use a ruler
  2. Send an email with the subject line “Order # “YourOrderNumber” Replacement Request” to info@ittybittybranch.com
  3. Please include the following:
    • The photo(s)
    • A specific description of the issue
    • The Order Number
    • If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue

Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days.

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?

If you have a packing slip or shipping label with the order number, simply follow the instructions above. New shipping charges might apply.

How long does it take to get a refund or an exchange?

We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt of the package. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.
